School Sports Day - Tuesday 22 May, Primary 1-3 at 10am, Primary 4-7 at 11am.
Tesco School Vouchers - We are collecting Tesco vouchers, please hand in any you receive with your shopping, remember to tell friends and family as well!
Mrs McKay had her baby! - Congratulations go to Mrs McKay from Primary 3 who gave birth to a baby girl during the Easter holidays. Mum and baby Maria are both doing well!
Gala Dinner - Unfortunately due to low numbers the Gala Dinner will have to be cancelled, it is hoped a new date can be arranged some time before the summer. More details to follow from our Parent Council.
Information in Emergencies - The following statement has been issued by Gordon McKinlay, Head of Resource Services, Renfrewshire Council.
"We make every effort to maintain a full educational service, but on some occasions circumstances arise which lead to disruption. Schools may be affected by, for example, severe weather, temporary interruption of transport, power failures or difficulties of fuel supply. In such cases, we will do all we can to let you know about the details of closure or repoening. We will keep in touch using letters, email and text messaging, notices in local shops, churches and community centres and on the school and council's websites, announcements in the press and on local radio.
To help us keep you informed it is important that you make sure we have the most up to date emergency contact information for your family. " |
